Job Title: Clinical Affairs Analyst

At Lifelancer, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Affairs Analyst to join our team. As a Clinical Affairs Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth management and execution of trials and submissions for our development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the design and reporting of clinical trials, working closely with Contract Research Organisations (CROs) as needed.
  • Execute trial protocols and ensure timely execution, maintaining accountability for all aspects of the trial.
  • Collate trial data using in-house or external specimens, as required, including haematological specimens.
  • Process and accurately record biological samples and cell lines, adhering to strict laboratory protocols.
  • Contribute to the analytical and practical workload within the Medical Affairs team, utilizing in-house or external specimens as necessary.
  • Act as an external study monitor, liaising with external clinical sites to provide required clinical data, as directed by the Clinical Affairs Scientist.
Requirements:
  • A background in a Science-related subject, preferably to MSc or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience providing operational insights into clinical/scientific trial design, including clinical/scientific protocols, amendments, informed consent forms, study guides, and case report forms.
  • An ability to apply scientific knowledge to problem-solve and troubleshoot technical laboratory issues.
  • Experience working in a GLP environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage daily/weekly workload under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability and high levels of motivation, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • The ability to follow detailed processes carefully.
  • Knowledge of cytogenetic processing methods and FISH analysis is desirable.
