NPI Product Launch Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled NPI Engineer to drive the launch of cutting-edge gas sensors and safety instruments. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product transitions from development to production, maintaining top-tier quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Development: Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Manufacturing teams to launch innovative gas sensors and safety instruments that make a difference in safety and technology.
- Project Management: Lead exciting NPI projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards are met.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements, including PFMEA, to elevate product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Testing and Validation: Oversee critical testing and validation processes, ensuring new products meet regulatory and performance standards.
We are looking for dynamic individuals with a bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably specializing in Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields. With 3-5 years of experience in NPI in related instrument industry, proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools, will empower you to bring innovative ideas to life.
Experience in hazardous location ATEX design and certification (EN or SIL2 functional safety design (EN would be fantastic.
