**About Us**

Sora Manchester, a unique Sky Bar and restaurant located on the 7th floor of the Malmaison Hotel, is seeking an experienced Bartender to join their team. As a key member of the bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating innovative cocktails, and contributing to the overall success of the venue.

**Salary Information**

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development. In addition to your basic pay, you will also receive heavily discounted staff room rates at Malmaison, Hotel du Vin, and Frasers Hospitality, with rooms available from £65 per night.

**Job Description**

As a Bartender at Sora Manchester, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and serving high-quality cocktails to our guests
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers
• Contributing to the smooth operation of the bar, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Working effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues, and communicating clearly to ensure seamless service delivery

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar bartending position
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
