Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Support with the management of performance issues, sickness, and absence, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a HR role at advisory level within a professional services environment
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practices
  • Experience running recruitment campaigns and managing employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks
