Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, geosciences, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a significant focus on well decommissioning.
  • Proven track record in leading complex engineering projects, including FEED.
  • Leadership and people management.
