Technical Sales Manager
At Winner Recruitment we are working with a leading player in the industrial engineering solutions sector, known for its robust, stable growth and commitment to employee development. The company is based in Denmark and has a worldwide sales and distribution network with 14 subsidiaries.
The Role:
This company is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join their expanding team. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact by driving sales across the U.K. market, specifically in the industrial manufacturing sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions.
- Analyse sales and costs to ensure targets are met and profitability is maximised.
About You:
- You will have strong commercial awareness, engineering knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
- A background in mechanical engineering or fluid dynamics is highly desirable.
- You will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and have a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
- 2-3 days a week on the road, with occasional overnight stays.
- Ability to work from a home base.
