We are seeking a skilled Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Supporting the training and supervision of junior staff members, under the guidance of senior colleagues.
- Responding promptly to nurse call systems, assisting residents as needed, and answering doors and phones accordingly.
- Maintaining accurate records of resident well-being, collaborating with GPs and other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Carrying out regular checks on residents, as determined by senior staff members.
- Delivering exceptional personal and psychological care to all residents, arranging rotas to meet their specific needs.
- Completing records to a high standard, ensuring timely completion of changeover and Keyworker documentation.
