About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our team in a part-time role at a welcoming, community-focused primary school in Finchley, North London. This fantastic opportunity offers a great balance of flexible working hours and a rewarding teaching environment.

As a KS1 Teacher, you will work closely with a friendly and supportive team to create engaging lessons that inspire young minds, encourage creativity, and build foundational skills for lifelong learning. Whether you're a seasoned teacher or an early career teacher (ECT), this role provides excellent support, professional development opportunities, and a chance to make a meaningful impact on the academic and social development of children aged 5-7.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Differentiating instruction to meet the varying needs of students.
  • Supporting students' social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Working collaboratively with the KS1 teaching team to develop schemes of work and share best practices.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with parents and carers to support student progress.
