Heating Products Specialist

Daikin UK is a leading provider of innovative climate management solutions, with over 90 years of precision and innovation in the industry. We are seeking a motivated Heating Products Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Heating Engineer or Learning and Development professional to share their knowledge and expertise through training and development programs. As a Heating Products Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, managing your own processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and meet employee and customer training needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver effective training programs, focusing on the development and maintenance of relationships internally and externally at all levels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry issues that impact or affect Daikin UK's training offer.
- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, FQS, and Sales to identify and meet technical training needs.
- Support the Learning Centre Manager in maintaining the Training Centres, ensuring they have relevant equipment and tools required.
We are looking for someone with experience in a Learning and Development or training role, coupled with knowledge of heating products. Alternatively, you may have a wealth of practical knowledge of heating systems and a passion for sharing this knowledge through training and development. Relevant qualifications such as a HND in Heating Systems, G3 Water Regulations, Energy Efficiency for Domestic Heating C&G 6084/6068, Solar Thermal Hot Water Systems, or Gas Safe Registration would be beneficial.
The Ideal CandidateYou will have excellent interpersonal skills, be driven and focused, and possess the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels. Traveling nationwide to visit various training centers throughout the UK will be a requirement of this role.
What We OfferWe provide a competitive salary range £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a highly competitive annual bonus, company car/car allowance, 1 day working from home, comprehensive private medical and personal accident insurance plans, employer contributions to pension, and investment in your training and development to encourage career progression within the company.
