Job Title: Test Development Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Test Development Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a Test Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing efficient production testing methods, designing test hardware, and innovating test methods to optimize yield and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the ASIC engineering team to develop production testing methods.
  • Design test hardware for production multisite testing and device characterization.
  • Innovate test methods to optimize yield and reduce costs.
  • Develop test program code and participate in code reviews.
  • Build detailed test plans and identify root causes for test issues.
  • Perform pre-production activities and support qualification testing.
  • Develop hardware checker programs and scripts for troubleshooting and data processing.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in semiconductor bench testing and ATE production system development.
  • Proficiency in semiconductor testing processes with high volume production experience.
  • Strong understanding of electronics circuits operation and test methodologies.
  • Experience with analog and mixed signal testing.
  • Programming skills in Python, VBA, C, C# preferred.
  • Familiarity with schematic design tools and revision control software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
