We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Writer to join our team at MAC Clinical Research. As a Senior Medical Writer, you will play a critical role in the development of clinical trial documents, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Author, review, and edit clinical trial documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biometrics, clinical operations, and sponsors, to ensure seamless document delivery
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior writers, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance
- Manage document review cycles, comment resolution, and incorporation to ensure inclusion of relevant input
- Perform quality control on draft and final documents against approved sources to ensure suitability for external distribution
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical writing, preferably in a clinical research environment
- Proven expertise in science and/or healthcare, with knowledge of risk-benefit analysis
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex scientific information to non-technical audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
