A fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Finance Paralegal to join a leading legal services firm in London permanently.

The firm has a strong reputation for its recent achievements within the transactional market, having won multiple awards and praised highly for its growth.

The Role:

Working under one of the firm's most successful Partners as a sole paralegal, you will be gaining hands-on transactional experience at trainee level over a variety of major practice deals including asset-backed finance techniques in the private or alternative credit, public bond, loan, or commercial paper markets across banks (FIG), real estate, consumer finance, infrastructure and renewables and insurance sectors.

  • Providing transactional support on corporate projects, managing electronic data
  • Assist with due diligence: review and analyse documents and assist with minor drafting of due diligence reports and contract summaries.
  • Prepare securities filings before fund closings for submission to the applicable regulatory authority.
  • Data room management.
  • Assisting Corporate Finance lawyers with the verification process.
  • Legal Research.

About You:

Successful applications will show:

  • Strong academics, including Law degree or equivalent qualification essential.
  • A driven Paralegal with at least 6 months' prior Corporate, Finance or transactional experience.

Benefits:

The successful Corporate Finance Paralegal will be offered a competitive salary of around £35k+ per annum depending on experience, plus benefits with the opportunity to be supported to train through the SQE upon success in the role

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of corporate finance and transactional law, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
