Audit Senior Director Opportunity

VICTUS SEARCH is seeking an exceptional Audit Senior Director to lead our growing audit team. As a seasoned professional with a strong track record of delivering high-quality audits, you will be responsible for developing departmental processes and systems, overseeing risk management, and ensuring operational targets and KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, with varying sizes and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Lead the audit team in formulating audit strategy and planning.
  • Drive strategic growth, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
  • Emphasize audit quality, ethics, and compliance.
  • Engage in business development activities, such as networking and attending industry events.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new business.
  • Lead audit tenders and proposals.
  • Oversee the appraisal and development of team members.
  • Deliver departmental budgets and monitor key financial indicators.
  • Report revenue figures and manage group reporting.
  • Take the lead in recruitment and strategic planning.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance as the statutory director for the audit business.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Current RI with 5+ years of RI experience.
  • Experience with UK GAAP and IFRS.
