WW Customer Service Continuous Improvement Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Continuous Improvement Expert to join our team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. As a key member of our Worldwide Customer Service (WWCS) ACES team, you will be responsible for leveraging data insights to identify operational efficiency opportunities, solving for underlying root causes, and implementing solutions that improve the Customer and Associate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Use data analysis to pinpoint opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate waste in our value streams.
- Meet the goals and performance targets for the Consumer Service organization by performing quantitative analysis of key process indicators.
- Partner with Consumer Operations leadership, CS support teams, and Amazon business partners to gain buy-in and implement solutions.
- Oversee Consumer project portfolio, mentoring and assisting individual project leaders through the project life cycle.
- Maintain clear communication with internal/external stakeholders across all levels on program and project progress.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Six Sigma and process improvement knowledge
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
