We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our young people.

In this position, you will work with our young people, providing emotional support and assistance with daily tasks. You will also have the opportunity to take our young people on fun outings, promoting social skills and confidence-building activities.

• You will need to have a full UK driving license as you will be responsible for transporting our young people to external locations.
• You will need to be able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
• You will need to be comfortable working with challenging behaviors.
