Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, security, and health and safety aspects of the school site, its grounds, buildings, facilities, and equipment. You will also be responsible for managing the caretaking team, responding to daily demands, and planning ahead to meet the school's needs. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a good standard of DIY/maintenance skills, good IT literacy, and numeracy skills. They will also have a strong understanding of health and safety and security. Additionally, they will have high standards, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. They will be confident working independently and be self-motivated. The estimated salary for this role is £26,873-£28,770 per annum.
