Mann Personnel is a renowned consulting firm with a strong track record in people development and programme management. We are currently seeking an experienced Strategic Programme Manager to join our team in London.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Programme Manager to support the leadership of our Project Management team and take a lead role in delivering projects with major clients and new business. The successful candidate will have excellent commercial awareness, leadership experience, and the ability to articulate business decisions within the wider context and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operational management duties of the Project Management team.
  • Act as or support the commission leads on their programmes, including managing client relations and commercial contractual arrangements.
  • Develop programme processes and systems that enable efficient data collection, management, and benchmarking.
  • Provide commercial awareness and guidance on business decisions within the wider context and market trends.
  • Lead the conception, development, and implementation of large programmes, leveraging expertise in data management software and systems.

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess:

  • A proven track record in programme management, preferably in the construction and property sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to articulate complex business decisions.
  • Proficiency in data management software, including MS Office, and experience in data cleansing, management, analytics, and quality assurance.
