Mechanical Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Lead to join our team at G4S Business Unit: US Youth Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the site team in all site HFM matters and providing the AP function in the operation of medical gas and ventilation maintenance, remedial, reactive, and project work packages in accordance with the standards.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position based in Oxford, UK. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical core trade discipline, ability to undertake training, and experience of building and facilities maintenance in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities- Effectively plan and undertake maintenance, project, reactive, and remedial work within scope.
- Review and create maintenance reports and technical procedures for Building Maintenance Activities.
- Supervise a team to carry out maintenance, inspection, and repairs to various types of systems including ventilation and medical gas equipment and services on site.
- Supervise the diagnosis of faults on systems within scope and rectify where necessary and within their range of qualifications, levels of competence, training, and experience.
- Assist in the development of maintenance routines, procedures, risk assessments, preparing, and maintaining relevant technical records.
