Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our automation projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate resources, including internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors, to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Negotiate pricing, work, rework, or variations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing automation projects in industrial environments, with a strong understanding of automation technologies and systems.
  • Ability to understand and produce control system design documents.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of industrial hardware systems, including control panel design and control system hardware.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary between £55,000 - £65,000 (experience dependent)
