Senior Paid Search Manager Job Description

At Digital Gurus, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Search Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop account strategy in partnership with clients and PPC Directors, and execute strategy to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure operational success of accounts, meeting deliverables on time and on budget
  • Plan accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with Account Directors
  • Manage and plan campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience on SA360 and international search engines a plus
  • Analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to drive campaign success

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing and planning paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Proven track record of delivering successful paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics
