About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dietitian to join our nutrition team at the British Heart Foundation (BHF). This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, and the successful candidate will be based in our London office, with some flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate food and nutrition information within BHF resources, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with project teams across the organisation to develop and deliver mission and fundraising campaigns, projects, and resources.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the BHF, providing expert advice and media training to ensure effective communication with the public and media.
  • Work closely with the media team to respond to press stories and publicise BHF campaigns.
About You

We are looking for an HCPC registered dietitian with extensive NHS experience working with adults with cardiovascular diseases. You will have a strong understanding of the impact of the BHF's work on cardiovascular care and be able to demonstrate excellent organisation, time management, and customer service skills.

You will be a proactive clinical support team member, committed to your continuing professional development and prioritising equality, diversity, and inclusion in your work. You will be able to build effective working relationships with colleagues in other teams and negotiate and problem-solve to find shared solutions when issues arise.
