Job Title: Talent Management and Succession Planning SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Management and Succession Planning Specialist to join our People Operations team at D&D London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and leading talent development initiatives, including recruitment, training, and succession planning.

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with our Talent Team to develop and implement effective talent management strategies, focusing on succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.

You will also provide expert advice on employment law and commercial issues, working closely with our senior management team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, focusing on succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Support and lead performance management of senior staff.
  • Assist the Learning and Development team in rolling out training and onboarding for new employees.
  • Deliver people-based projects as needed.
  • Provide up-to-date, legal, and commercially focused advice to the senior management team.
  • Monitor data on labour costs, employment relations, and sickness absence to identify trends and agree action plans.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in talent management and succession planning, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective talent strategies. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
