Insurance Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team at HFG Insurance Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and headhunting candidates for our clients across the UK, ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit for roles specialized within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and candidate market mapping to identify top talent.
- Discuss individual candidate needs and provide professional advice on opportunities.
- Review applications, assist with interviews, and create candidate shortlists for clients.
- Brief candidates on roles, pay rates, and timeframes.
- Organize and prepare candidates for interview as and when requested.
- Provide feedback to candidates following interviews.
