The Job Role
As a key member of our organization, you will design and deliver comprehensive learning programs that align with our business objectives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with an early careers background or an L&D specialist looking to expand their talent portfolio.

This position involves conducting training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and aligning learning initiatives with business objectives. You will design engaging learning interventions, including face-to-face, virtual, and eLearning programs. You will also manage and improve the Learning Management System (LMS) to track and report on training outcomes.

You will partner with universities, colleges, and schools to promote careers and develop a robust talent pipeline. Additionally, you will provide guidance on Apprenticeship Levy-funded courses and professional qualifications. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

You will represent Assystem at industry events, building networks, and showcasing our commitment to professional development. You will embed equity, diversity, and inclusion into all learning and development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • CIPD Level 3 Learning and Development Certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver successful training programs.
  • Excellent IT skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of the learning cycle and how to measure the impact of training.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time
Salary Range: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
