**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and driven MEP Revit BIM/CAD Technician to join our dynamic team at Senitor Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, developing, and submitting electronic concept designs, construction, and installation drawings using industry-standard software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting and translating electrical and mechanical concept designs into actionable drawings for our in-house team.
- Collaborating closely with Engineers to produce detailed installation and construction drawings for project site teams.
- Developing 3D layout drawings and using CFD modeling software to support project delivery.
- Preparing business support documentation and flow diagrams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Producing tender packs, issuing sub-contractor requests, and compiling O&M manuals to support project handover.
- Securing third-party contractor quotations for equipment and services to support project delivery.
- Conducting on-site surveys to aid in the preparation of site drawings and ensure accurate project documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience in creating 3D layout drawings and using CFD modeling software.
- Proficiency in Revit BIM/CAD software and industry-standard tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate project documentation.
