Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer or Technician to join our team at Manpower UK. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil design work with minimal supervision.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Designing roads, drainage systems, and site levels using industry-standard software.
  • Working on infrastructure projects of varying sizes, from small developments to major schemes.
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure designs are delivered on time.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in civil engineering or as a technician with a focus on road, drainage, and site level design.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to take on increasing responsibility and grow into a senior role within the company over time.
