We are seeking an exceptional Chief Engineering Technologist to lead our team in developing cutting-edge automation solutions. As a Chief Engineering Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work on complex challenges and drive innovation across industries.

About the Role:

  • Lead the design and delivery of advanced automation projects.
  • Mentor and guide the engineering team to ensure adherence to processes and high standards of work.
  • Design and develop innovative automated equipment from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of systems.
  • Handle technical documentation, project control, and customer communications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (8+ years).
  • 5+ years' experience in Mechanical Design/Engineering, with responsibility for design sign-off, installation, and commissioning.
  • Proven experience with 3D design tools like SolidWorks.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Full Driver's License required.
