Job Overview:

As a Senior Commercial Insolvency Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing corporate insolvency cases from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and conducting company affairs, including asset tracing and realisation.
  • Ensuring all cases are managed in compliance with insolvency legislation, regulatory standards, and the firm's internal procedures.
  • Conducting financial assessments and reviews of companies in distress, offering practical solutions for recovery or closure.
  • Assisting in the growth of the insolvency department by identifying potential business development opportunities and fostering relationships with referrers.
  • Utilizing insolvency software and financial reporting tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the challenges faced by businesses in financial difficulty.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Competency in using insolvency software and financial reporting tools.
