Senior Claims Handler Role Overview

This established team in the Falkirk area is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable claims handler with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a senior role within the team, this position will involve taking on additional responsibilities to support the team manager as required.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing tailored solutions to their queries and concerns. This will require excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of claims handling procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

We are offering a competitive salary for this Senior Claims Handler position, estimated to be around £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes:

  • A base salary of £35,000 per annum
  • A performance-related bonus scheme, potentially adding up to £10,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling complex claims in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing clear and concise explanations to customers regarding their claims status
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve claims-related issues

Requirements:

To be considered for this Senior Claims Handler role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience in claims handling or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
