Job Title: Business Lecturer

Regent College London is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Business Lecturer to join our team. As a Business Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our Business programs, developing and delivering curriculum, and contributing to the academic community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach and mentor students in Business programs, including lectures, tutorials, and workshops
  • Develop and deliver curriculum, including course materials, assessments, and evaluations
  • Contribute to the academic community, including participating in departmental meetings, serving on committees, and engaging in scholarly activities
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and work with the attendance team to ensure the accuracy of student information
  • Deliver teaching sessions in line with approved program and module specifications, and work in line with Regent Digital provisions
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant subject discipline
  • Fellowship of the Advanced Higher Education (HEA) or willingness to work towards within 12 months
  • Significant experience in teaching, curriculum development, and quality management in a higher education environment
  • Appropriate digital skills in learning, teaching, and assessment
  • PhD (or submitted and awaiting examination) or equivalence accepted in a relevant subject area
