This role involves maintaining a safe and productive working environment by developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules for all systems to reduce downtime and extend asset lifespan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Regular inspections of critical systems, including HVAC and electrical, to identify potential issues
  • Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements
  • Inventory management: monitoring and managing spare parts and supplies to ensure stock availability
  • Providing emergency repairs and maintenance when required
  • Conducting routine water testing, including Legionella monitoring, ensuring compliance with health standards
  • Assisting with receiving and inspecting supplies during peak periods

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar maintenance role
  • NVQ level 3 in electrical or mechanical maintenance
  • Proficiency in maintenance software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with an ability to read technical manuals
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach and solid organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

A competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, are on offer for this role.
