Conservation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Ecologist to join our team at Access Talent Group in Harlow. As a Senior Ecologist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from field-based work to desk-based tasks, and collaborate with a skilled team to deliver results.

Your key responsibilities will include project managing projects, line managing junior staff, and ensuring excellent career progression opportunities for yourself and your team.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Chartered or working towards Chartered status
• A full UK driver's license
• The right to live and work in the UK
• A protected species license, preferably for bats
• Excellent report writing skills
