We are seeking a highly motivated Am Porter to join our team. As an Am Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. This includes handling guest complaints, planning department operations, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of Health and Safety within the department.
  • Participate in department's Fire Training and Practices.
  • Ensure familiarity with Hotel's Disciplinary and Grievance Policies and Procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Handle guest and customer complaints with precision and professionalism.
