Job Title: IT Infrastructure Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Architect to design and implement our Network Operations Centers (NOCs) for Inflight Connectivity (IFC). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in satellite communications for aero mobility applications and a deep understanding of NOC and SOC infrastructure requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed architecture plans, including network design, hardware and software requirements, and integration strategies.
  • Ensure the NOC meets high standards of availability, reliability, and cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure architecture with operational requirements.
  • Implement best practices for infrastructure management, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of NOC infrastructure components.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure design, configurations, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, network operations, or a related field, preferably within the satellite communications industry for mobility applications.
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and technologies.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, CCNA or equivalent are a plus.
