We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Total Facilities Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects in line with agreed timescales.
Key Responsibilities- Have ownership of the overall project, including planning, coordinating, and execution.
- Attend Project Team meetings with key stakeholders to report on progress.
- Identify risks or issues regarding project progress and offer mitigation to resolve said risks.
- Be fully accountable for project delivery, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, in accordance with contract requirements, and to budget.
- Set the overall standard on projects/contracts.
- Identify issues and ensure they are resolved in a controlled and timely manner.
- Ensure contract programmes are planned, reviewed, and delivered.
- Responsible for effective client relationship management, collaborative approach, and providing updates to internal and external stakeholders on project/contract progress.
- Ensure operating plans are in place to ensure sufficient resources and materials are available.
- Will be expected to resolve most operational issues, with any business-critical issues referred to the Operations Director.
- Comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for all commercial activities associated with the project, including delivery of the gross margin, management of cost control, and other key commercial and financial metrics.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a commercial or relative discipline.
- Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent.
- Excellent oral and written communicator with the ability to work in close partnership with clients, stakeholders, and end users.
- Must be delivery-driven with the ability to set targets and manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver to time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Experience in project delivery.
- Strategic, operational, technical, and management skills.
- Safe Control of Operations 1 & 2 (SCO 1 & 2) - Gas.
- Safe Control of Operations 91 (SCO 91) – Gas.
- EUSR Safety Health and Environmental Awareness - Gas.
- Emergency First Aid at Work – (EFAW).
- SMSTS.
