About the Position:

We are currently recruiting for a Support Professional to work with an individual who requires support with daily tasks and encourages learning new skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life and develop your skills and knowledge in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care support to an individual with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily tasks and encourage learning new skills
  • Support the individual to engage in activities they enjoy, such as walking, watching films, and making model kits
  • Help the individual to participate in community activities

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with learning disabilities
  • A strong understanding of positive behaviour support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work flexibly and proactively
