Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year

About the Role

As a Head Bartender, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional service and results
• Developing and implementing new ideas and initiatives to improve our services and products
• Maintaining high standards of drink quality and presentation
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Working closely with the management team to achieve business goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a bartender or in a related role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Familiarity with our brand values and culture
