Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at FirstPort (UK). As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Main Responsibilities:- Set and Lead by Example: Champion the Company values, Customer principles, and Code of Business Conduct.
- Risk Assessment and Remedial Works: Carry out risk assessments and set action plans for remedial works, ensuring efficient and cost-effective resolutions.
- Implement Change and Monitor Results: Implement change, manage risks, and impact, and monitor results, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide Professional Advice and Guidance: Provide professional advice and guidance to all customers and employees.
- Act as an Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for the business at all times, delivering an exceptional level of service to all our customers.
- Team Coaching and Development: Encourage and support your team, coaching and guiding them through change with developmental impact, actively working with them to enhance the customer experience for residents.
- Site Management Visits: Undertake site management visits monthly in line with company guidelines.
- Quality Control Inspections: Ensure thorough quality control inspections are carried out regarding employee performance, administrative records, development services, communal grounds, resident social activities/welfare, development maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Technical Issues and Liaison: Deal with technical issues and liaise with support departments when progressing major building works, ensuring remedial actions are moved along in a timely manner and ensuring you mitigate and foresee any risks to service delivery.
- Accurate Records and Meetings: Ensure you keep accurate records, making sure you come prepared to contribute to meetings, 1-1s, and complaints with thorough evidence and supporting documentation.
- Cost Analysis and Budgeting: Boost property finances and strive for healthy accounts by way of continuous review of cost analysis versus budget.
- Customer Reviews: Conduct regular reviews with customers to ensure a fully transparent approach to the property's financial position, planning for future spending with minimal impact.
This is a varied role that requires a high level of commercial thinking, resolution focus, and flexibility. You will be expected to work across functions to reach the best solutions for all challenges.
