El Rol:

Como Asistente de Apoyo SEMH en una escuela secundaria, desempeñarás un papel crucial en proporcionar apoyo específico a estudiantes con necesidades SEMH. Tu función incluirá asistir a los docentes, trabajar uno a uno con los estudiantes y ayudar a crear un ambiente acogedor donde todos los estudiantes puedan prosperar.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Apoyar a los estudiantes con necesidades SEMH para superar barreras en su aprendizaje y alcanzar su potencial académico.
  • Colaborar con docentes y otros profesionales para implementar planes de apoyo personalizados.
  • Fomentar relaciones positivas con los estudiantes, brindando apoyo emocional y social según sea necesario.
  • Ayudar en la gestión del comportamiento y promover estrategias de comportamiento positivo dentro de la comunidad escolar.
  • Monitorear y rastrear el progreso de los estudiantes, proporcionando retroalimentación para apoyar su desarrollo.

Requisitos:

  • Se valora la experiencia o formación en el apoyo a estudiantes con necesidades SEMH.
  • Un enfoque compasivo y paciente para trabajar con jóvenes que enfrentan desafíos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de establecer relaciones con estudiantes y colegas.
  • Resiliencia y adaptabilidad para responder de manera efectiva a diversas situaciones en un entorno escolar.
