A Day in the Life
As a Front of House Team Member, your working day will include checking in/out guests using our Front Office operating system, answering questions via telephone or face-to-face, making new bookings and amendments, taking payments, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be a key part of our team, working closely with colleagues to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience.
What We Need From You
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent customer service skills, knowledge of Microsoft, good telephone manner, and the ability to work as part of a team. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a positive attitude towards working in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum, plus benefits including discounted hotel room rates, extra days holiday for your birthday, flexible working arrangements, pension, and free meals on duty saving you over £1000 per year.
