The estimated annual salary for this position is £22,000 - £28,000 based on the location and industry standards.

Job Description
This role involves providing support to individuals with various disabilities in their daily lives. Tasks include assisting with household chores, managing finances, preparing meals, and helping with personal care. You will also engage in activities with the individuals such as going to the cinema, theatre, or football matches.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a caring attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence in using computers are essential. You should also be able to cook and have confidence in swimming as this is a regular activity.

Benefits
As a Care Assistant at Cornerstone, you can expect to work around 2-3 sleepovers per month with an additional payment of £96 per shift. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and qualifications through our Training Academy. Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme.
