Van Driver Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Van Driver to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering materials to customers on-site in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely load and deliver materials to various customer sites.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain the van in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license with a maximum of 3 penalty points.
  • Experience driving vans is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Working Hours:

42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break during the day. Overtime opportunities are available and paid at the standard rate.

Compensation:

Hourly pay at the minimum wage rate. Eligibility for a share of the branch's performance-based bonus.
