Job Title: Apprentice Service Technician

About the Role:
Mana Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance on client sites, providing advice and support to customers, and supporting service engineers with ad hoc service repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out preventative maintenance on client sites to ensure equipment is functioning effectively.
  2. Provide expert advice and support to customers to resolve any issues.
  3. Support service engineers with ad hoc service repairs to ensure minimal downtime.
  4. Deliver and collect loan equipment from customers to ensure seamless service.
  5. Maintain and develop relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.

About You:
We are looking for a strong team player with a technical background and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for visiting customer sites, providing technical support, and maintaining relationships with customers.

Requirements:
  1. Experience of visiting customer sites and providing technical support.
  2. Technical background with a strong understanding of electronics and medical equipment.
  3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  4. High level of dexterity with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Driving license with a clean driving record.
