As a Night Supervisor at WJ South, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating crews to ensure works are carried out to the highest standards in an efficient manner. This includes assisting with witness marks, marking out, and pre-marking where required.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding contract-related matters at night, facilitating communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the contract lifecycle.

Additionally, you will ensure works are being delivered in a safe manner, carry out safety audits, and provide relevant training. You will also conduct regular toolbox talks, give inductions, and work briefs.

Furthermore, you will check and monitor works carried out to meet or exceed WJ South's expectations and ensure eDRS are returned daily with full and correct information.

Finally, you will ensure reports are produced in a timely manner and sent to the relevant person.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need basic computer literacy, including email and eDRS. You will also require strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.

A strong understanding and working knowledge of site operations is essential, and SSSTS is required. However, training can be arranged to obtain this.
