About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Design Engineer to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Renewable Energy Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing installation specifications and drawings, creating initial designs and quotations of renewable systems, and supporting the development of project schedules and detailed plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing installation specifications and drawings for renewable energy systems
- Creating initial designs and quotations for renewable energy systems
- Supporting the development of project schedules and detailed plans
- Calculating performance metrics such as CO2 emissions, power outputs, energy, and heat loss
- Tracking the cost and schedule of projects and reporting on this
- Securing third-party planning and grid connection approvals
Requirements:
- Good understanding of CAD programmes
- Passionate about renewable energy
- Comes from a design background and holds a degree
