Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and timely completion of stock counts
- Develop and implement effective stock counting procedures and processes to ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Monitor and improve team productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their stock counting requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
- Full driving license
