Fleet Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Technician to join our team at Culina Asset Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our diverse fleet of vehicles and trailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair diverse fleet of vehicles and trailers
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic faults
  • Overhaul electrical equipment and components
  • Operate machine tools and equipment
  • Perform welding and metal working tasks
  • Prepare vehicles for Department of Transport (MOT) testing
  • Manage parts ordering and stores
  • Support team members, including Apprentice Technicians
  • Accurately record time and details of completed jobs
  • Carry out inspection and repair of workshop equipment
Requirements:
  • HGV L3 in vehicle maintenance or equivalent
  • Cat C+E licence highly desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively
  • Hardworking and self-motivated with a productive attitude
  • Ability to tackle all aspects of repair and servicing
  • Diagnostics skills/qualifications – desirable
  • Fleet experience
