Engineering Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technologist to join our team, responsible for maintaining and improving the mechanical equipment across our plant. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and be able to troubleshoot complex problems.

• Maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, including overhauling, installing, and testing.
• Development and implementation of predictive maintenance strategies.
• Root cause analysis and recommendation for equipment health improvement.
• Mentoring and coaching colleagues to enhance their technical skills.
• Providing engineering support to shift technicians and covering shifts as needed.

• C&G, NVQ, ONC, or HNC in Mechanical Maintenance/Engineering.
• Mechanical Maintenance Apprenticeship.
• Minimum Level 1 / CAT 1 in predictive technologies.
