Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized History Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in a Secondary School setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent History Graduate to gain valuable experience and develop their teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of the History curriculum to students in a Secondary School setting
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons, including creating engaging and interactive materials
  • Work with experienced teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Provide individualized support to students, including those with special educational needs
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Recent History Graduate with a 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University
  • High level of organization, problem-solving, and engaging teaching skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
