Psychiatric Care Professional Position

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Care Professional to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment in the Stapleton, Bristol area.

This role involves working in a fast-paced hospital environment, providing high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Salary: Up to £38,716 per annum, depending on experience. A £3,000 Welcome Bonus + Enhancements + Relocation support up to £3,000 is also available for successful candidates.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering person-centered care, participating in treatment planning and delivery, and contributing to the ongoing development of our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a current active NMC Pin
  • Patient-centric approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
